Current primary platforms are Info Input and PSIcapture.\nThe technology portfolio may evolve as business and clients need change.\nJOB\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nConduct presales discovery on document types,volumes, business processes, integrations, and security requirements, and\ntranslate findings into end-to-end solution designs, requirements, acceptance\ncriteria, estimates, implementation and\nrecommend approaches for classification, extraction, validation, workflow\nautomation, content governance, human review, and future-state modernization.\n\nImplement, administer, and optimize the DocumentIntelligence and AI platforms Marco offers, including additional or successor\nplatforms as the portfolio evolves.\n\nConfigure document classes, capture workflows,extraction profiles, recognition settings, confidence thresholds, validation\nrules, exception handling, routing, exports, and processing queues.\n\nUse approved optical character recognition,artificial intelligence, and generative artificial intelligence technologies to\nsupport document classification, extraction, summarization, metadata\nenrichment, comparison, validation, and knowledge retrieval.\n\nBuild secure integrations with enterprisecontent management, Microsoft 365, collaboration, enterprise resource planning,\ncustomer relationship management, and database systems using approved\nintegration methods.\n\nExtend solutions through supported scripting,interface, and reusable component options when platform configuration cannot\nmeet the requirement, and direct substantial custom software development to\nappropriate specialist resources.\n\nPlan and execute upgrades, migrations,environment assessments, production cutovers, testing, parallel validation,\npost go-live stabilization, and transition to support.\n\nOptimize solutions for accuracy, throughput,reliability, traceability, maintainability, exception handling, security, and\nsupportability.\n\nApply responsible artificial intelligence,privacy, security, auditability, confidence scoring, human validation,\nmonitoring, lifecycle management, and cost awareness to all delivered\nsolutions.\n\nOwn advanced support tickets across the fullinstalled customer base, including unfamiliar, legacy, client-specific, and\nvendor-implemented environments. \n\nResolve issues spanning capture, opticalcharacter recognition, artificial intelligence, workflow, infrastructure,\nauthentication, data quality, performance, and integration.\n\nPerform root cause analysis, own incident andescalation management, coordinate vendor escalations, communicate status and\nresolution to customers, and drive prevention of recurring issues.\n\nServe as a trusted technical advisor throughdiscovery sessions, architecture discussions, workshops, and production\nreadiness reviews.\n\nProvide technical guidance to sales, presales,project management, delivery, support, and vendor teams, mentor team members,\nand contribute to technical standards and best practices.\n\nProduce solution designs, configurationworkbooks, test plans, deployment guides, support procedures, operational\nrunbooks, knowledge articles, and client-specific configuration documentation.\n\nDeliver client and internal training andknowledge transfer, and build reusable templates, accelerators, standards,\nestimation tools, and delivery patterns that improve consistency and speed\nacross engagements.\n\nMaintain current technical expertise across thesupported platforms, including any required certifications, and monitor\nemerging tools, frameworks, and best practices.\n\nAttend required company and departmentalmeetings.\n\nAct in accordance with Marco policies andprocedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Systems, or a\nrelated field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education,\ncertifications, and hands-on technical experience.\n\nPreferred experience includes client-facingdesign, configuration, implementation, integration, testing, deployment,\nproduction transition, and advanced support of document capture, intelligent\ndocument processing, enterprise content management, workflow automation, or\nAI-enabled business solutions.\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nWorking knowledge of document classification, extraction,confidence thresholds, validation, exception handling, workflow, export, and\ndocument lifecycle management. \n\nWorking knowledge of generative artificial intelligence,language models, prompt design, retrieval augmented generation, and\nhuman-in-the-loop validation. \n\nExperience with representational state transfer applicationprogramming interfaces, web services, software development kits, SQL,\ndatabases, scripting, and file exchange. \n\nPreferred: hands-on experience with Info Input orPSIcapture, or with comparable document capture and intelligent document\nprocessing platforms such as Tungsten/Kofax, Kodak Alaris, or ABBYY. \n\nPreferred: experience with M-Files or a comparableenterprise content management platform, and with Microsoft Power Platform. \n\nPreferred: experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence,Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, private or local language\nmodels, vector databases, enterprise search, and artificial intelligence\norchestration frameworks. \n\nPreferred: experience with Python, C#, JavaScript orTypeScript, PowerShell, or Java, along with source control, DevOps, release\nmanagement, automated testing, monitoring, and secure configuration management. \n\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including rootcause analysis across complex, multi-vendor, and unfamiliar client\nenvironments. \n\nStrong communication and facilitation skills, with theability to explain technical options, tradeoffs, and risks to both business and\ntechnical audiences. \n\nStrong documentation and organizational skills, with theability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements and competing\npriorities. \n\nStrong client-service orientation, with the ability to workindependently, exercise sound judgment, and escalate matters requiring business\ndirection.\n\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS
