looking for a dependable, proactive\nindividual who takes ownership of their responsibilities, follows through on\ntasks, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nIT Dispatch & Ticket Management\nAnswer client calls, monitorincoming emails, create support tickets, and dispatch requests to the\nappropriate technicians.\n\nPrioritize and assign ticketsbased on urgency, technician availability, expertise, and workload.\n\nMonitor ticket queues, followup on outstanding requests, and ensure timely ticket assignment.\n\nCoordinate technicianschedules, onsite visits, and availability.\n\nPerform basic IT administrativetasks, including password resets and account unlocks.\n\nAssist with ticket escalations,outage coordination, and client communications.\n\nProcurement & Inventory Management\nManage hardware, software, andlicensing requests from initial intake through purchasing and delivery.\n\nPrepare quotes, create salesopportunities and purchase orders, and obtain necessary approvals.\n\nResearch products, comparevendor pricing, and coordinate purchasing, bid requests, and deal\nregistrations.\n\nManage vendor relationships,track shipments, and follow up on outstanding orders.\n\nMaintain accurate productcatalogs, including monthly pricing updates and product availability.\n\nMonitor inventory levels,coordinate equipment receiving, and notify management of stock shortages.\n\nMaintain accurate procurementand inventory records in ConnectWise.\n\nAdministrative Responsibilities\nManage recurring daily, weekly,and monthly operational tasks.\n\nMaintain accurate documentationand follow established procedures.\n\nProactively follow up onpending requests, deadlines, and outstanding items.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum 5 years of experiencein a global IT dispatch and customer-facing/customer service role within a\nglobal IT environment.\n\nRelevant experience in ITprocurement is a strong advantage, particularly purchasing or coordinating\nIT-related products and requirements.\n\nStrong and excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.\n\nExcellent organizational skillsand strong attention to detail.\n\nAbility to multitask,prioritize, and work independently.\n\nStrong time management skillsand ability to track numerous tasks and deadlines.\n\nComfortable with technology andlearning new software.\n\nExperience with MSP tools suchas ConnectWise is a plus.\n\nExperience working within astructured IT system is required.\n\nJOB\nREQUIREMENTS\nShould be willing to accept along-term work-from-home arrangement.\n\nShould be amenable to a nightshift schedule, following the US time zone.\n\nWilling and open to rendering overtime work as
