This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the assigned projects’ objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The Project Manager will be an advisor to team members through project management support and mentoring. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPlan complex projects to accomplish their goals or produce the deliverables required within constraints such as time, cost, and agreed quality standards.\nContinuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the plan, budget, and profitability, and report back to the project team, management, and the client or the funding organization weekly.\nCoordinate schedules and activities, check orders, and track progress and results of projects.\nIdentify, log, analyze, and manage potential and actual issues and risks. Take corrective action to reduce risks that might impact on scope, schedule, quality, and cost.\nIdentify and monitor where extra time or extra resources are required and where efficiencies can be made. Recognize deviations and act accordingly to achieve desired objectives.\nManage and coordinate work or parts of the work completed by third party contractors or consultants.\nBring the project to a close, including but not limited to obtaining client acceptance on end of project and ensuring project requirements are achieved in a timely fashion and within budget guidelines.\nPossess a working knowledge of the technology being used in order to conduct training and understand requests coming from specialists and technical staff to evaluate what is reasonable or possible.\nFollow structure for project documentation and validate all client documentation requirements have been met at the close of the project.\nPartner with Sales Representatives to complete statements of work (SOWs).\nConduct on-site client visits to perform and/or oversee device discovery process.\nMeet or exceed established metrics and benchmarks.\nAttend required company and departmental meetings.\nAct in accordance with company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.\nPerform other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS\nProficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications and project management tools.\nExcellent analytical and organization skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects.\nExcellent communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people, including the ability to present in front of a group.\nAct courteous and polite in written and oral communication and be able to get ideas across in a non-confrontational manner in all settings.\nHighly organized, ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of project activity.\nFunction collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer-oriented team. Perform effectively as an independent producer under broad management direction.\nAbility to create and use Gantt charts, spreadsheets, or other appropriate tools to manage people and tasks and keep up to date.\nStrategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and plan for the future.\nMaintains and applies a broad understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
