This is a hands-on project delivery position focused on\ninfrastructure modernization, Microsoft 365 and Azure initiatives, networking,\nsecurity, virtualization, business continuity, and cloud transformation\nprojects. The successful candidate will own projects from design through implementation\nwhile ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, documented, and\nrecoverable. Delivery\nDesign,scope, and implement infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and\nbusiness continuity solutions.\n\nLeadtechnical delivery of projects from discovery through implementation and\ndocumentation.\n\nConductclient-facing design sessions and provide technical recommendations.\n\nEnsureall solutions align with organizational standards and best practices.\n\nMicrosoft Cloud & Azure\nArchitectand implement Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID,\nIntune, and Azure solutions.\n\nLeadtenant migrations, cloud transformations, security hardening, and identity\nmodernization projects.\n\nDesignand support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and related Azure\ninfrastructure.\n\nNetworking, Security & Virtualization\nDesignand support routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, wireless, firewalls, and\nmulti-site networks.\n\nImplementand support Fortinet and other security platforms.\n\nAdministerVMware and Hyper-V environments, including migrations, upgrades, and\noptimization.\n\nEstablishsecurity baselines, hardening standards, and recovery strategies.\n\nBackup, Recovery & Automation\nDesignand validate backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.\n\nEstablishand document RTO/RPO objectives and recovery procedures.\n\nDevelopPowerShell automation and process improvements.\n\nMaintaindocumentation, SOPs, diagrams, and technical standards.\n\nTechnical Leadership\nServeas a senior escalation resource for complex infrastructure and cloud\nissues.\n\nAct asa trusted technical advisor to clients and internal teams.\n\nMentorengineers and contribute to technical standards and best practices.\n\nRequirements\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of infrastructure, systems, cloud, or consultingexperience.\n\nExperience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.\nProven ability to design and implement complete technologysolutions.\n\nAdvanced experience with Windows Server and ActiveDirectory.\n\nAdvanced experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, andIntune.\n\nAdvanced experience with Azure infrastructure.\nAdvanced experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.\nAdvanced experience with networking, firewalls, VPNs, andsecurity technologies.\n\nAdvanced experience with backup and disaster recoverysolutions.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and clientcommunication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAzure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Nerdio experience.\nFortinet certifications or experience.\nPowerShell automation experience.\nDatto,
