Ensure service levels are met, escalate deviations, and contribute to reporting for internal stakeholders and audits;\n Stakeholder collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners (banks, acquirers, processors) to address inquiries, optimize processes, and identify improvement opportunities;\nContinuous process improvement: Collect and refine business and technical requirements to improve accuracy and streamline operations;\nRisk control and issue resolution: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
