This is a high-impact role where you design the decisioning logic behind a growing product line, take it live in our rules engine, and own its performance from there.\nYou will work as the risk counterpart to the Subscription team, turning product ambitions into risk requirements, and you will contribute to the fraud prevention work that protects the whole portfolio.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nSubscription Risk Ownership\nOwn the risk framework for subscription products end to end: eligibility criteria, decisioning logic, and the data and signals behind them.\nPartner with the Subscription team as their single point of contact on risk, flagging exposure early and shaping product decisions before they ship.\nDesign the risk layer for new launches rather than inheriting it, working alongside product, engineering and compliance from the start.\nDecisioning & Performance Monitoring\nImplement and maintain rules in our decisioning engine, with clear documentation and measurable expected impact.\nBuild the reporting that shows how approval rates, losses and fraud are trending across your product area, and act on what it tells you.\nRun post-implementation analysis on every significant change: what we expected, what happened, what we do next.\nFraud Prevention & Detection\nContribute to fraud monitoring, investigation and intervention across the portfolio, including during volume peaks.\nInvestigate emerging fraud patterns and translate them into detection logic and rule changes.\nWork with our external fraud and identity data providers to get the most out of the signals we buy.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with data, engineering, finance, compliance, legal and customer support to get decisions shipped, documented and understood.\nCommunicate findings and recommendations clearly to both product stakeholders and risk leadership.\nWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:\nHolder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.\n2+ years in risk, fraud, credit decisioning, payments or a comparable analytical role, preferably in fintech, BNPL or consumer lending.\nProficiency in SQL and comfort working independently in a data warehouse; Python is a plus.\nSound judgement: you can make a decision with incomplete data, and the discipline to measure it afterwards.\nGenuine interest in both credit and fraud rather than a strong preference for one.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain a risk decision to a product manager and to a compliance reviewer alike.\nHigh attention to detail and strong ownership of deliverables.\nExceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal (B2-C1).
