# Growth Program Manager

About the role Our Growth team finds, engages, and onboards the engineers, finance professionals, scientists, and other domain specialists whose judgment teaches AI systems how to reason in their field. We're looking for a Growth Program Manager to own the programs that make that happen. This role is strategy and execution. You'll decide what to build and why, then build it. You'll take new initiatives from early and messy to scaled and repeatable, then move on to the next highest-impact problem. The programs you'll own are still being built, and you'll run them at a volume that surfaces problems nobody has seen yet. You'll use AI and automation to keep them from breaking as they scale. We're looking for real ownership. You treat the program as your own, hold yourself accountable for the results, and don't wait for permission to fix what's broken.
