Без этого, к сожалению, не получится.\n 3+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience, preferably with SaaS or other complex web applications.\n Strong UX fundamentals: user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability.\n Strong UI design skills: layouts, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, forms, tables, dashboards, and responsive design.\n Advanced experience with Figma and component-based design.\n Experience creating and maintaining a design system / component library.\n Ability to simplify complex business workflows into clear, efficient interfaces.\n Experience designing both customer-facing experiences and administrative/back-office systems.\n Understanding of responsive web design, accessibility, and practical HTML/CSS constraints.\n Ability to work closely with Product Managers, developers, and business stakeholders and clearly explain design decisions.\n Ability to take a feature from requirements → UX flow → prototype → final UI → developer handoff.\n Общение в команде на англ. языке и русском языках.
