Develop and maintain financial models for business planning, investment analysis,\nforecasting, valuation, and strategic decision-making.\n2. Conduct financial and commercial analysis of investment opportunities, projects,\nbusiness proposals, and potential transactions.\n3. Perform detailed financial statement, cash flow, ratio, and credit analysis to assess\nfinancial health, performance, risks, and viability.\n4. Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare analysis covering returns, risks,\nassumptions, sensitivities, funding requirements, and potential outcomes.\n5. Develop and prepare high-quality Investment Committee (IC) decks, investment\npapers, business cases, and Management presentations.\nRequirements\nExperience & Education \n1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration,\nInvestment Management, or a related field.\n2. Minimum 5 - 7 years' relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance,\ncredit analysis, financial advisory, investment analysis, development finance, or a\nclosely related field.\n3. Prior experience in an Investment Banking environment or Credit Analysis\nDepartment of a commercial/investment bank is strongly preferred.\n4. Proven experience in financial modelling, investment analysis, valuation,\nbusiness strategy, and preparation of investment/Management presentations.\n5. Demonstrated experience preparing Investment Committee decks, investment\npapers, business cases, transaction memoranda, or similar decision-support\nmaterials.\n6. Experience assessing tenders, proposals, budgets, or financial submissions for\ndonor agencies, development partners, foundations, NGOs, or institutional\nclients is strongly preferred.\n7. Experience working on donor-funded projects, foundation/donor programmes,\ndevelopment finance, or similar assignments is an added advantage.\n8.
