organization responsible for our core product offering.\nDefine and execute the engineering strategy for our Kubernetes resource management platform, enabling DevOps teams worldwide to operate more efficiently.\nPartner closely with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market leaders to translate business strategy into engineering execution.\nDrive technical excellence, architectural direction, and engineering best practices across multiple teams.\nBuild, mentor, and develop engineering managers and senior engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nScale engineering processes, organizational structure, and delivery capabilities while maintaining a high bar for quality and execution.\nBalance hands-on technical leadership with accountability, and collaboration.\nWhat You Bring Along\nAn inspiring engineering leader who is passionate about building exceptional teams and empowering people to grow.\n7+ years of software engineering experience, including several years leading engineering organizations in high-growth SaaS or cloud infrastructure companies.\nProven experience managing multiple engineering teams and developing engineering managers.\nStrong technical background in distributed systems, cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and containerized environments, with the ability to engage deeply in technical discussions.\nExperience scaling engineering organizations, processes, and product delivery through periods of rapid growth.\nA track record of partnering effectively with Product and Executive leadership to deliver business impact.\nA degree in Computer Science from a leading academic institution or equivalent experience, including service in an elite technological IDF unit.\nA
