We are building the autonomous infrastructure management platform that will power the next decade of enterprise compute.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs Head of Channels, you will own ScaleOps' global partnership strategy and execution - designing, scaling, and leading our partner ecosystem, including channel partners, strategic alliances, and cloud service providers. Your ability to drive executive-level alignment, create joint business plans, and orchestrate cross-functional impact across both organizations is critical to success in this role.\nOwn and scale the global partnership strategy, including channel partners, cloud alliances, and strategic technology partnerships\nGenerate significant net-new revenue through existing and new partners\nBuild deep, executive-level relationships with partners and expand mindshare across their organizations\nIdentify, recruit, and onboard high-impact partners that accelerate revenue and market expansion\nDevelop and lead partner enablement programs that empower partners to effectively position and sell ScaleOps\nCraft and communicate a compelling partner value proposition tailored to diverse personas and executive stakeholders\nBuild and execute comprehensive joint business plans, including pipeline development, co-selling, and co-marketing initiatives\nLead partnership-driven forecasting and ensure delivery against revenue, pipeline, and strategic objectives\nRepresent ScaleOps at partner events, executive briefings, and key industry forums\nTravel frequently within your region and for
