We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect / Full Stack Engineer to join an early-stage WealthTech B2B SaaS startup. The role has the potential to grow into a CTO position as the company scales.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable web applications and microservices.
- Work across Frontend, Backend, APIs, cloud, and Databases.
- Define system architecture and technology solutions.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into real business workflows.
- Build AI-native product features, not just use AI for coding.
- Work closely with founders and business stakeholders.
- Make technical decisions and establish engineering best practices.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of software development experience.
- Strong full-stack development experience.
- Solution/System Architecture experience.
- Experience with Java/Python/Node.js/React or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, Microservices, cloud, and Databases.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM/GenAI integration.
- BFSI/FinTech/WealthTech experience is preferred.
- Candidates with Nuvama or similar wealth-management industry experience are preferred.
- A hands-on engineer who can design the architecture, write production code, integrate AI into workflows, and eventually take ownership of the complete technology function as CTO.
