You'll work in an AI-native engineering environment, leveraging modern AI coding tools to deliver high-quality software quickly.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\n Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript. \n Own PostgreSQL database architecture, schema design, migrations, and performance optimization. \n Build and maintain REST APIs, OAuth integrations, and third-party platform connections. \n Develop and improve multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure. \n Create reliable background jobs, schedulers, and asynchronous workflows. \n Write automated unit and end-to-end tests. \n Audit existing systems and propose scalable technical solutions. \n Improve application reliability, performance, and security. \n Collaborate with the team during US business hours. \n Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase development speed while maintaining high quality.\nMust Have\n 5+ years of Full Stack or Backend software development experience. \n Expert knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript. \n Strong experience with Node.js. \n Experience with Next.js (App Router). \n Advanced PostgreSQL knowledge: \n Schema design \n Raw SQL \n Query optimization \n Database migrations \n Experience using Prisma ORM (or similar ORM). \n Experience building scalable SaaS applications. \n Multi-tenant architecture experience. \n Experience building REST APIs. \n OAuth 2.0 and Webhooks. \n Playwright or Puppeteer. \n Background job schedulers (Cron, BullMQ, pg-boss or similar). \n Automated testing experience. \n Git and Pull Request workflows. \n Excellent written English. \n Availability during US business hours. \nNice to Have\n Experience working with financial systems. \n React 19. \n Python. \n Linux, Nginx, PM2. \n CI/CD
