Join the Innovation Frontier at Scalepex!\nRequirements\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer to design, implement, optimize, and maintain advanced telecommunications and enterprise network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Packet Core, SDN (Software-Defined Networking), Signaling, Network Analytics, and Network Security, with hands-on experience in modern carrier-grade or large-scale enterprise environments.\nThis role requires a proactive professional who can troubleshoot complex network issues, ensure high availability, and contribute to network transformation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\n Design, deploy, and support Packet Core network elements in LTE/5G environments. \n Implement and manage SDN (Software-Defined Networking) solutions and virtualized network infrastructures. \n Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network signaling protocols (e.g., SIP, Diameter, SS7, GTP). \n Develop and maintain network analytics and performance monitoring solutions to optimize traffic flow and reliability. \n Implement and enforce network security policies, including firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPNs, and segmentation strategies. \n Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and root cause analysis. \n Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new deployments and upgrades. \n Document network architecture, procedures, and configurations. \n Participate in on-call support rotation when required.\nRequired Qualifications\n Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. \n 3+ years of experience in network engineering (telecom or enterprise environments). \n Strong knowledge of: \n Packet Core technologies (EPC/5GC preferred) \n SDN architectures and controllers \n Signaling protocols (SIP, Diameter, SS7, GTP) \n Network monitoring and analytics tools \n Network security frameworks and best practices \n Experience with routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, MPLS). \n Familiarity with virtualization and cloud-native environments. \n Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\n Experience with 4G/5G mobile networks. \n Knowledge of NFV (Network Function Virtualization). \n Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, JNCIA, etc.). \n Experience with automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform).\nBenefits\nContractor scheme\n100%
