Sales Manager

We are looking for experienced and driven Sales Managers to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives, driving them to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Track team performance and implement coaching interventions where needed.
• Monitor sales KPIs and generate daily/weekly reports for leadership review.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to improve funnel efficiency.
• Create a performance-driven culture and ensure continuous skill development within the team.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, including pitch, negotiation, and closures.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (minimum qualification).
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in EdTech sales and a minimum of 2 years of team handling experience.
• Proven ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing sales professionals.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Stable tenureminimum 1.5+ years in each company.
• Experience in selling 2 lakh+ ticket-size tech courses to working professionals (our TG).
• Age bracket strictly 27-34 years.
• Willingness to work from our Gurugram office (WFO).
