That means bigger, more profitable work pays more.\nYou can earn commission on:\nNew commercial maintenance contracts\nMaintenance renewals\nEnhancement and install projects\nCross-sell opportunities between maintenance and enhancement/install teams\nCommission is paid after the customer pays and the work meets margin standards. Strong performers should have a realistic path to $100,000+ in total annual compensation.\nWhat You Will Do\nProspect and build relationships with commercial property decision-makers\nWalk commercial properties and identify maintenance or project opportunities\nBuild scopes, estimates, and proposals\nSell recurring maintenance contracts and/or enhancement/install work\nProtect gross profit by selling properly scoped work\nFollow up consistently until the customer makes a decision\nKeep the CRM accurate and current\nCoordinate clean handoffs to operations\nWhat We Are Looking For\nYou need at least one of these two: direct green-industry experience (landscaping, grounds maintenance, landscape design, horticulture, nursery, irrigation, hardscape), or a track record selling commercial services to property managers, facility managers, HOAs, multifamily operators, or commercial property owners.\nAlso considered: strong B2B sales from an adjacent trade or commercial service, such as facility services, pest control, janitorial, HVAC, roofing, or construction, where you sold to the same kind of decision maker.\nSelling to homeowners does not transfer here.\nRequirements\nProven sales ability and/or direct landscaping industry knowledge\nAbility to sell to commercial decision-makers\nComfortable prospecting and building your own pipeline\nComfortable walking properties and discussing scope, pricing, and customer needs\nStrong follow-up and communication skills\nCRM discipline\nReliable transportation to travel throughout Northwest Arkansas\nComfortable with a
