the right candidate)\nWhat you'll do:\nDesign, build, and deploy AI agents that automate real business processes (e.g. generating proposals for client tenders).\nIntegrate LLMs - including OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, and open-source models - into existing software products, enabling features like AI chatbots that can act directly within a client's systems and data.\nSpot automation opportunities and turn them into working solutions.\nChoose the right LLM/tooling approach for each use case, weighing cost, performance, and reliability.\nOwn delivery end-to-end, from prototype to production.\nWhat makes you a great fit:\n5+ years of overall software engineering experience.\nAt least 5 successfully delivered AI/LLM projects.\nHands-on experience with multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) as well as open-source models.\nExperience building agentic workflows for process automation.\nExperience integrating LLMs into production software products (chatbots, copilots, or similar AI-powered features).\nStrong engineering fundamentals and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment.\nBonus points:\nExperience with SaaS products, especially in supply chain, logistics, or other B2B software domains.\nFamiliarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar).\nExperience with prompt engineering or fine-tuning at scale.\nPrior consulting or contracting
