The Storage Product team currently consists of the Head of Product, a Senior PM for Object Storage, and two PMs dedicated to Block & File storage. You will work in direct, daily collaboration with our engineering teams, while also driving cross-functional initiatives alongside marketing, finance, sales, and supply chain teams.\nManager information: Charlotte Letamendia (Head of Product Storage)\nYOUR DAILY ROUTINE\nTasks\nDefine, structure, and pilot the product roadmap for your strategic storage portfolio.\n\nPort the \"Voice of the Customer\" directly into the product discovery and design phases.\n\nAccelerate innovation and orchestrate Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in close collaboration with R&D and engineering teams.\n\nContribute to the Go-to-Market strategy to accelerate product growth and market adoption.\n\nMaintain deep client relationships across various channels, including community Slack channels, direct meetings, and RFQ responses.\n\nLeverage data and analytical tools like Metabase and n8n to ensure impactful, data-driven decisions.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams to transform customer requirements into highly technical cloud solutions.\n\nABOUT YOU\nHARDSKILLS:\n5 years of overall professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years specializing in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Technical Project Management.\n\nProven track record as a PM managing highly complex technological products spanning software or hardware.\n\nHands-on experience working with large-scale infrastructure projects or within Cloud ecosystems (IaaS).\n\nStrong data culture with familiarity using management and analytical tools like Jira, Confluence, Metabase, and n8n.\n\nSolid technical grasp or strong affinity for Cloud Storage solutions (Object, Block, File) and Hardware Lifecycle Management.\n\nSOFT SKILLS:\nStrong synthesis skills: Ability to arbitrate, prioritize, and bring clarity to complex, highly transversal environments.\n\nDeep tech culture: A natural curiosity and pronounced taste for innovation, technical infrastructure, and storage systems.\n\nAnalytical & Data-driven mindset: Ensuring all product decisions are backed by data to maximize impact and growth.\n\nMentorship capabilities: The ability to effectively guide a team and upskill more junior technical profiles.\n\nEvangelization & Influence: Strong communication skills to champion the product vision both internally and externally at events or with partners.\n\nStructured and collaborative: A highly organized team player who balances flexibility with strict precision.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL FIND AT SCALEWAY ++++\nHybrid work: We offer up to 3 days of remote work per week.\n\nOffices: Our offices are spacious, dynamic workspaces with bold design, conveniently located near public transport.
