You will work closely and daily with key internal departments, including Procurement, Logistics, Production, Hardware R&D, Accounting, and Finance, as well as external suppliers in Europe and Asia.\nYOUR DAILY ROUTINE\nManage and optimize a designated supplier portfolio in Europe and Asia to support production needs from order placement to delivery.\n\nDevelop and track key Supply Chain reporting tools and dashboards (On-Time Delivery, transport costs, inventory ABC analysis, etc.).\n\nProvide accurate supplier forecasts to the Procurement team based on operational requirements.\n\nPerform inventory analysis, including setting and adjusting safety stocks and reorder points.\n\nMaintain and update accurate master data (MRP/CBN parameters) in our ERP system.\n\nPartner with internal stakeholders (Logistics, Production, Hardware R&D, Finance) to resolve operational bottlenecks.\n\nParticipate actively in Supply Chain improvement projects and ERP optimization initiatives.\n\nHARDSKILLS\nYou have a Master’s Degree (M2) in Supply Chain or Logistics.\n\nYou have experience as a Supply Office or Planner, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.\n\nProven expertise in Supply Chain, MRP systems, and supplier forecasting.\n\nHands-on experience with ERP systems and tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, and Business Intelligence platforms.\n\nSOFTSKILLS\nStrong analytical mindset: Ability to process complex data and translate it into actionable supply insights.\n\nHigh adaptability & dynamism: Comfortable navigating a fast-moving, evolving environment with multiple changing priorities.\n\nRigorous & organized: Sharp attention to detail, especially regarding master data integrity and inventory thresholds.\n\nTeam player & relational ease: Good communication skills to interact daily with cross-functional teams and international suppliers.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL FIND AT SCALEWAY ++++\nOffices: Our offices are spacious, dynamic workspaces with bold design, conveniently located near public transport.
