Our engineering team in Poland is just over a dozen people and owns the entire product: backend, frontend, data, QA and infrastructure.\nResponsibilities\nWhat you will work on\nProduct features end to end, from the data model to the interface\nThe calculation engine and the performance of operations over large financial datasets\nIntegrations with customer ERP systems and other data sources\nModernization of older parts of the system, including data model migrations\nQuality: tests, code review, observability and response to production issues\nRequirements\nExperience and technologies\nAt least 4 years of commercial software development experience\nJava, Angular and TypeScript: very strong command of all three, proven by work on systems you have kept running in production. This is a genuine fullstack role, not a backend role with the occasional frontend ticket.\nMongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server: practical experience with both relational and non-relational databases, including the ability to diagnose and fix slow queries\nRedis: understanding of caching strategies and the trade-offs behind them\nAWS: enough working knowledge to keep your own code running in production\nWorking with AI\nStrong command of AI tooling in the development process. We treat this as a hard skill, on par with a programming language. What interests us is the actual craft: driving an assistant through larger changes to a codebase, controlling the quality of what it produces, and knowing where these tools fail and why. Expect us to ask for specific examples from your work.\nAvailability and communication\nOverlap with our US team, minimum three hours per day, with the working day starting between 8:30 and 10:00 CET.
