What will your role be?

We are looking for a Digital Hardware Engineer to join our Engineering team. We welcome applications from talented engineers at different stages of their careers, from recent graduates to professionals with experience in safety-critical avionics. The level of responsibility and technical ownership will be aligned with the candidate's experience and competencies.

• Design, develop and verify FPGA solutions using VHDL and/or Verilog.
• Design electronic schematics for analog and digital circuits, ranging from simple to complex architectures according to the candidate's level of experience.
• Support the development, integration, verification and validation of electronic hardware.
• Execute laboratory activities including hardware bring-up, debugging and testing using standard laboratory instruments.
• Contribute to hardware verification and test execution.
• Capture, analyse and manage system and hardware requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the complete hardware development lifecycle.

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies

• Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Control Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent
• From < 1 to 3+ years of experience in FPGA and/or Electronic Design, preferably within aerospace, avionics or other high-reliability industries
• Knowledge of VHDL and/or Verilog development in FPGA environments
• Knowledge of electronic schematic design
• Familiarity with FPGA development and implementation tools
• Knowledge of electronic design principles for analog and digital boards
• Basic understanding of laboratory instrumentation for hardware testing and debugging
• Ability to perform hardware verification and test activities
• Knowledge of requirements management processes; experience with IBM DOORS is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of electronic design for complex boards is considered a plus.
