AL, our future Engagement Manager will support a portfolio of approximately 60 consultants delivering services in IT, PMO, Production, and Supply Chain.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting major aerospace manufacturing operations.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nClient Management & Relationship, Financial & Contract Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for the client across the engagement;\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders;\nUnderstand client needs, expectations, and pain points;\nAnticipate client satisfaction risks and manage escalations;\nIdentify opportunities to expand the scope of services;\nMaintain regular communication on progress, risks, issues, and decisions;\nMonitor actuals vs. forecast;\nEnsure accurate and timely invoicing;\nMonitor POs, contracts, extensions, and scope changes;\nIdentify and manage gaps between contractual scope and actual delivery;\nSupport contract renewals and negotiations.\n Delivery Management\nEnsure end-to-end delivery quality across the teams;\nMonitor team’s performance regarding deliverables, contractual commitments, SLAs and KPIs;\nEstablish and manage governance routines (weekly progress reports, internal & external meetings);\nIdentify and resolve operational issues;\nAnticipate delivery risks and drive corrective action plans;\nEnsure compliance with internal and client processes.\nTeam & People Management, Staffing & Capacity Management\nLead and support the consultants;\nSupport recruitment and candidate selection;\nEnsure effective onboarding and ramp-up;\nConduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback;\nSupport employee development and career progression;\nIdentify training and skill development needs;\nAddress performance, behavioral, and conflict-related situations;\nMaintain employee engagement and retention;\nAnticipate resource needs;\nIdentify capacity and skill gaps;\nCoordinate recruiting, internal mobility, and resource allocation;\nAnticipate backfills and transitions;\nEnsure business continuity and adequate coverage.\n Governance, Reporting & Performance\nEstablish and maintain management dashboards (SQWAL);\nPrepare and lead progress reviews;\nTrack actions, decisions, risks, and opportunities;\nProvide internal and client-facing reporting;\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives.\n REQUIRED PROFILE:\nPrevious experience in PMO functions within an industrial environment or similar;\nProven experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams;\nStrong skills in project planning, monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder coordination;\nAbility to thrive in complex environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously;\nHighly hands-on profile with the ability to engage directly in operational issues and problem-solving;\nResults-oriented mindset with strong execution and decision-making capabilities;\nExperience with manufacturing processes (an asset) and continuous improvement initiatives;\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;\nWillingness and ability to travel to Mobile, AL;\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States.\n
