You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle for infrastructure and hardware deployments, including servers, network equipment, end-user devices, industrial IT hardware, and related systems.\nThis role ensures successful planning, procurement, implementation, and support of hardware solutions aligned with business objectives, operational requirements, and manufacturing environments. You will drive continuous improvement in hardware performance, reliability, scalability, and lifecycle management.\n Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with business stakeholders and operational leaders\nAct as the primary liaison between business units, IT infrastructure teams, vendors, and technical domains\nLead end-to-end hardware project delivery, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and execution\nManage procurement processes, vendor selection, contract coordination, and hardware lifecycle planning\nOversee deployment of IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, network equipment, workstations, and industrial hardware\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, operations, and external suppliers\nMonitor project progress to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and budget\nEnsure hardware solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and manufacturing standards\nContribute to IT portfolio management and capital planning for hardware investments\nTrack and report on budget performance and cost optimization initiatives\nDrive continuous improvement of hardware platforms, infrastructure standards, and support models\nSupport incident management and post-implementation reviews to enhance system reliability\n 3-5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with strong exposure to hardware or infrastructure projects\nProven experience delivering end-to-end hardware infrastructure implementations\nStrong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, endpoint devices, industrial IT equipment)\nExperience managing hardware vendors, procurement cycles, and contract negotiations\nAbility to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization\nStrong financial and budget management skills\nExperience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Scrum)\nExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred\nAdvanced proficiency with collaboration and reporting tools (e.g., Google Workspace, reporting dashboards)\nKnowledge of IT security, compliance, and infrastructure best practices\n To acquire experience in different critical industries and projects while working for the same company;
