The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, integrations, and Salesforce architecture, along with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.\n\nResponsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, and integrations.\n\n- Develop solutions while adhering to Salesforce platform constraints, including governor limits, CPU, SOQL, and DML limits.\n\n- Apply Salesforce architectural patterns, clean code principles, and development best practices to build maintainable and extensible solutions.\n\n- Design moderately complex features and contribute to product-level architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve system stability and performance.\n\n- Develop and maintain unit tests and test cases, following TDD and proactive testing practices.\n\n- Work with distributed teams across different time zones, including product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and principal engineers.\n\n- Identify hidden or missing requirements and recommend technical solutions that align with business objectives.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, provide technical feedback, and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.\n\n- Mentor junior and peer developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve overall team expertise.\n\n- Manage Salesforce deployments using CI/CD pipelines and follow Agile/Scrum development practices.\n\n- Create and maintain technical and feature-level design documentation to support development and long-term maintainability.\n\n- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends and recommend improvements where applicable.\n\n- Support customer escalations with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and customer focus.\n\nRequirements : \n\n- 7+ years of experience in full-stack Salesforce development.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Triggers, and Salesforce Integrations/APIs.\n\n- Strong experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex Salesforce issues.\n\n- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and design patterns.\n\n- Experience working with Java and JavaScript is preferred.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform constraints.\n\n- Experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices.\n\n- Knowledge of TDD, clean code, unit testing, and maintainable software development practices.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Ability to work independently on complex technical problems.\n\n- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Experience mentoring developers and providing technical guidance to team members.\n\nLeadership and Collaboration : \n\n- Ability to provide technical direction and guidance to peers.\n\n- Experience mentoring and supporting team members.\n\n- Ability to influence cross-functional technical priorities.\n\n- Strong collaboration skills when working with globally distributed teams.\n\n- Ability to communicate effectively with product owners, business teams, architects, and engineering teams.\n\nNice to Have : \n\n- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II, and Lightning Component Framework Specialist.\n\n- Experience leading projects or cross-functional technical initiatives.\n\n- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or related domains.\n\n- Experience with modern Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools.\n\nDevelopment and Engineering Practices : \n\n- The candidate should demonstrate experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, CI/CD, Test-Driven Development (TDD), clean code principles, unit and automated testing, code reviews, technical documentation, design patterns, scalability and performance optimization, and root-cause analysis and
