You will play an important role in migrating data between existing applications, ensuring high data quality and supporting successful system implementations across multiple countries.\n\nYou do not need to be an expert in a specific ERP platform. What matters most is your practical experience with data migration, your Excel skills, and your ability to spot inconsistencies and solve data-related problems.\n\nYour role\n\nYou will become part of a close-knit team that works together to ensure successful data migrations and regular go-lives. The team values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and helping each other succeed.\n\nYour main responsibility will be to work hands-on with data, from analysing existing datasets to validating migrated data and identifying issues that need to be resolved.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\nSupport data migration between existing applications and new systems.\n\nAnalyse and validate data using Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness.\n\nIdentify errors, duplicates, missing information, and data inconsistencies.\n\nPerform data cleansing, reconciliation, and quality checks.\n\nInvestigate discrepancies and coordinate their resolution with relevant stakeholders.\n\nEnsure data is ready for testing, migration, and go-live.\n\nCollaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries.\n\nContribute to improving data migration processes and working methods.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\nPractical experience with data migration between systems or applications.\n\nStrong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.\n\nA structured and detail-oriented approach to analysing data.\n\nExperience identifying data errors and ensuring data quality.\n\nAn analytical mindset and the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.\n\nGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.\n\nA proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of your tasks.\n\nA willingness to share knowledge, ask questions, and learn from colleagues.\n\nExperience with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle, is an advantage but not a requirement.
