In this role, you will become a key part of the Program Management Office (PMO) and support the successful delivery of a global business transformation and rollout program.\nYou will work across multiple initiatives and stakeholders, helping to ensure readiness, alignment, governance, reporting, and execution throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining project management, planning, stakeholder coordination, governance, and process improvement in an international environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Tools & Digital Collaboration\nYou will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving key program collaboration and management tools.\nResponsibilities include:\nOwning and maintaining core UP collaboration platforms, including Jira, and Confluence.\nActing as Jira administrator and supporting configuration, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and new project rollouts.\nDriving adoption of program tools and ensuring they support efficient collaboration and transparency across teams.\nPre-Implementation & Country Mobilization\nYou will play a central role in preparing countries for successful implementation and supporting rollout planning activities.\nResponsibilities include:\nCoordinating country readiness activities, including Country Readiness Assessments (CRA), data preparation, master data validation, and implementation handovers.\nSupporting regional and global rollout sequencing and implementation planning.\nFacilitating alignment meetings with regional stakeholders and implementation teams.\nDriving readiness validation processes and ensuring prerequisites, dependencies, and readiness criteria are met before implementation.\nGovernance, Reporting & Delivery Support\nYou will work closely with System Owners to maintain visibility, alignment, and progress across initiatives and rollout projects.\nResponsibilities include:\nSupporting status reporting, KPI tracking, progress monitoring, and executive reporting.\nCreating consolidated visibility across initiatives, projects, and system deliveries.\nFacilitating governance processes, coordinating decision-making forums, and tracking actions and dependencies.\nSupporting backlog management, prioritization activities, and cross-functional coordination.\nDriving communication, planning, training coordination, and change management activities where required.\nProviding operational and administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day program execution.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWe are looking for a motivated and structured individual who is eager to build a career within project and program management.\nYou may be a recent graduate or have a few years of professional experience within project coordination, PMO, consulting, business transformation, logistics, supply chain, IT, or a related field.\nWe imagine that you:\nHold a master's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or a related discipline.\nHave 3 years of professional experience, though newly graduated candidates are also encouraged to apply.\nAre highly organized and enjoy creating structure, transparency, and follow-up in complex projects.\nHave strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAre proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.\nCommunicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.\nThrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with stakeholders from different functions and countries.\nAre curious, eager to learn, and motivated by being part of a large-scale transformation program.\nHave experience with Microsoft Office tools and are interested in working with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Power BI.\nNice to Have\nExperience with ERP, TMS, Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain transformations.\nExperience supporting global rollout programs.\nWhat We Offer\nA key role in one of the company's most important transformation programs.\nExposure to senior stakeholders and international teams.\nA broad role combining project management, governance, planning, reporting, and change management.\nExcellent opportunities for professional growth and development.\nA collaborative and ambitious working environment where you can make a real impact.\nAbout us Scan Global Logistics is a Nordic-based full-service global logistics provider present on all continents.
