This role serves as a key point of coordination between suppliers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring timely execution, accurate documentation, and an excellent customer experience\nResponsabilidades e atribuições\nManage carrier pricing requests, ensuring accurate submission and timely follow-up with suppliers;\nSupport carrier contract creation, maintenance, and documentation processes;\nProcess, submit, and track carrier service orders throughout the order lifecycle;\nMonitor service delivery and coordinate with suppliers to resolve delays or outstanding actions;\nMaintain accurate records and status updates within internal systems;\nRespond to partner inquiries related to pricing, contracts, orders, and service delivery;\nCommunicate updates and resolutions clearly with partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and SLA compliance;\nEscalate issues related to service delivery, contracts, compliance, or supplier responsiveness when appropriate;\nContribute to a high-quality partner experience through accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.\n\nRequisitos e qualificações\nAdvanced English communication skills (written and verbal).\nExperience supporting operational processes, customer service, order management, contract administration, or vendor coordination activities.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nExcellent attention to detail and follow-through.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with telecommunications carriers or service providers.\nKnowledge of carrier services, connectivity solutions, networking, or telecommunications products.\nExperience supporting internet, voice, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, cloud connectivity, or related telecom services.\nFamiliarity with SLA management and operational performance metrics.\nPrevious experience within the technology, telecommunications, managed services, or distribution industries.\nUnderstanding of pricing, contracting, provisioning, or implementation processes
