経理マネージャー（Accounting Manager）

当社では、日本法人における実務に精通した経理マネージャーを募集しています。

本ポジションは、日常的な経理業務および法定会計業務全般を統括し、会計帳簿および法定

財務諸表が会社の財政状態を適正かつ真実に表示していること（True and Fair View）を確

保する責任を担います。

業務は、日本の法令・規制ならびにグループ会計マニュアルに準拠して遂行されます。

主な職務内容

会計・法定報告（Accounting & Statutory Reporting）

• 総勘定元帳、買掛金・売掛金、在庫、固定資産、給与、税務等を含む、日常的な経

理業務をリードし、必要に応じて実務にも関与する

• 月次・四半期・年次決算業務を統括し、日本基準（JGAAP）およびグループ基準に

沿った正確かつ期限内の決算を確保する

• 法定財務諸表および注記が、会社の財政状態および経営成績を適正に表示している

ことを確保する

• 外部監査人および税理士（税務顧問）との対応を主導し、主要な窓口として監査・

税務対応を統括する

• グループ方針に基づき、社内取引（インターカンパニー）の会計処理、照合および

決済を統括する

内部統制（ICS）・コンプライアンス

• 会計、財務報告、支払プロセスに関する実効性のある内部統制（ICS）を構築・維持・

高度化する

• グループポリシー、社内規程および関連する法令・規制（会計・税務を含む）への遵

守を確保する

資金・支払・債権管理（Cash, Payments & Receivables）

• 管理会計（Controlling）、財務（Treasury）および関連部門と連携し、支払の適時実

行および健全な資金管理を確保する

• 売掛金の管理体制を明確化し、滞留債権のモニタリングおよび回収プロセスが適切

に機能するよう統括する

管理会計・ビジネスパートナーとの連携

• 社内関係者に対し、明確で実務的な会計・税務上の助言およびガイダンスを提供す

る

• 経営陣が意思決定に必要とする、正確で透明性の高い財務情報を提供する

チームマネジメント・プロセス改善

• 経理チームをリードし、人材育成および指導を通じて、責任感・正確性・コンプラ

イアンス意識の高い組織文化を醸成する

• 経理業務における役割・責任・権限を明確化する
• 業務プロセス、システム、ドキュメンテーションの継続的な改善を推進し、業務効

率および内部統制の強化を図る

Accounting Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead operational and statutory accounting

for our Japanese subsidiary. The role is responsible for ensuring that accounting records and

statutory financial statements present a true and fair view of the financial position, in

compliance with local laws and regulations and the Group Accounting Manual.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Statutory Reporting

• Lead and hands-on participate in day-to-day accounting operations, including general

ledger, AP/AR, inventory, fixed assets, payroll, taxes, and other areas

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and

timely delivery in line with local GAAP and Group standards

• Ensure statutory financial statements and disclosures provide a true and fair view
• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditor and tax consultant, Leading

all audit and tax-related matters.

• Oversee intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and settlements in accordance

with Group policies

Internal Control System (ICS) & Compliance

• Establish, maintain, and enhance effective internal control systems (ICS) over

accounting, financial reporting, and payments

• Ensure compliance with Group policies, internal procedures, and applicable local

regulations

Cash, Payments & Receivables

• Lead cooperation with Controlling, Treasury, and business stakeholders to ensure

timely execution of payments and sound cash management

• Ensure clear ownership and effective processes for monitoring and collection of

overdue receivables

Cooperation with Controlling & Business Partners

• Provide clear accounting guidance to internal stakeholders and support informed

decision-making

• Ensure management has access to accurate, transparent, and reliable financial

information

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

• Lead, develop, and coach the accounting team, fostering accountability, accuracy, and

compliance

• Define roles, responsibilities, and ownership within the accounting function
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, systems, and documentation

to strengthen efficiency and internal controls

Eligibility

Automobile experience is welcome

言語/ Language - 日本語ネイティブ+英語日常 （メールが読める）/ Native Japanese +

Conversational English (able to read emails)

外国人雇用/ Foreign Employment: 配偶者ビザ、永住権、技人国 もしくは 特定技能1 号以
