Join TRATON Finance International as a Financial Controller and help ensure accurate, timely accounting and financial reporting across our international business.\nYou will contribute across the finance function, with responsibility for accounting, closing, reporting, tax and statutory requirements. The role also offers the opportunity to strengthen reporting structures and data flows, support finance transformation and digitalization, and work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the business an the TRATON Group.\nJob Responsibilities\nMain responsibilities include:\nOwn and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing and financial reporting activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timely delivery\nPerform account reconciliations and balance sheet reviews, and follow up on open items\nPrepare and explain financial analyses, including variance analysis and cost follow-up, for internal stakeholders\nCoordinate statutory financial statements and reporting to local authorities, working with relevant market contacts and external advisors\nCoordinate Tax-related reporting and support tax compliance across the markets in scope\nAct as a key contact for external auditors, authorities, banks and other relevant external stakeholders\nContribute to Group reporting and support high-quality financial information for internal and external stakeholders\nDevelop and maintain reporting models, structures, processes and data flows, using strong Excel skills and sound data practices\nParticipate in finance change and transformation projects, including changes related to products, services, systems and ways of working\nIdentify and implement improvements that strengthen internal controls, efficiency and the quality of finance processes\nCollaborate with the Finance team, Business Control, Group Reporting and colleagues across TRATON Finance International and the wider TRATON Group\nWho You Are\nYou have a strong accounting foundation and feel comfortable taking ownership of your work. You are structured and analytical, able to handle large amounts of data, draw sound conclusions and communicate them clearly. You enjoy working with different stakeholders and are motivated by improving systems, processes and reporting.\nTo succeed in this role, you:\nHold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field\nHave around four to five years of relevant experience in accounting, financial control or financial reporting\nHave experience with financial reporting and period-end closing; experience with statutory reporting, VAT or tax is an advantage\nHave strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with data and build or improve reporting models\nAre comfortable working with finance systems and interested in digitalization and process development\nCommunicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing\nAre proactive, self-driven and comfortable taking ownership while working collaboratively with others\nPrevious experience within a large international group, banking, finance, insurance, or a Big 4 audit environment is considered an advantage.\n\nThis Is Us\nYou will join a Finance team of five colleagues based in Södertälje, where collaboration, trust and knowledge sharing are at the heart of how we work.
