It is also being reliable and willing to learn to ensure customer needs and expectations are met throughout their Scania experience, from customer enquiry, invoice and follow up service.\nWhat You will do\nAssist Parts Advisors to pick and deliver correct parts to customers and Workshop - pack parts and arrange delivery when required.\nContribute in completing relevant documentation accurately, including invoices, payment and other official papers.\nBuild and develop customer relationships through the provision of excellent customer service, ensuring customer needs are being met.\nWork together with the Workshop to assist with parts availability and ensure packaging, service exchange and warranty parts procedures are adhered to.\nTake part in monitoring stock, spare parts and inventory, organising stock take as required.\nWhat we can offer you\nA dynamic and inclusive work culture -
