This role ensures that cybersecurity is systematically integrated into the entire product lifecycle from concept, development, production, and operation to decommissioning.\nThe Process Architect acts as the key interface between governance, engineering, and compliance functions, ensuring that cybersecurity management processes are robust, auditable, and adaptable to evolving threats.\nThis role is a part of TRATON Group R&D, located in Södertälje, Sweden\nJob Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain the CSMS process architecture\nEnsure that processes meet the requirements of regulation (e. g. UN R155) and are alignedwith ISO/SAE 21434\n\nDefine roles, responsibilities, and KPIs within the cybersecurity process framework.\nEnsure alignment between organizational CSMS and project-specific implementations.\nSpecify and support tools needed to implement CSMS processes effectively\nProvide expert guidance during audits and project milestone reviews.\nSupport system engineering team to implement CSMS process correctly and efficiently.\nWho You Are\nWe believe that you are a systems thinker and a strong communicator with a passion for cybersecurity and regulatory excellence. You bring:\nBackground in system architecture, embedded systems development, or automotive cybersecurity.\nSolid knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155, GB/T 44495 or other Road Vehicles Cybersecurity Engineering and experience implementing management systems in a regulateddevelopment context.\n\nExcellent skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.\nExperience in defining and auditing cybersecurity processes, ideally within a vehicle OEM or tier-1 supplier.\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity tools and methods (TARA, penetration testing, vulnerability management, requirements traceability).\nStrong leadership and communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.\nIt is a plus (not a must have) if you have:\nExperience with cybersecurity supplier governance and interface agreements (e.g. CS-DIA).\nPreferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, formal training in ISO 21434 or similar.\nExperience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and information security (ISO/IEC 27001).\nKnowledge of Scanias PD process, SAFe framework, or TRATON governance forums.We welcome applicants from all backgrounds - your unique experience and perspectives is valuable to us. \n\nThis Is Us\nWe are a fast-growing, highly collaborative team working at the forefront of automotive cybersecurity.
