You will translate product requirements into robust manufacturing solutions, lead process validation and equipment commissioning activities, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and structured problem-solving. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure process stability, improve production performance, and support the introduction of new technologies and manufacturing methods.\nJob Responsibilities\nKey responsibilities in this role:\nTranslate product requirements into robust and scalable manufacturing processes.\nDefine, develop, and implement process specifications and manufacturing technologies.\nLead process validation, commissioning, and equipment qualification activities (FAT/SAT).\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize process performance, quality, and production KPIs.\nDevelop and maintain PFMEA, SOPs, work instructions, and other process documentation.\nAnalyze and improve process capability using SPC, DOE, and data-driven problem-solving methods.\nIdentify critical process parameters and establish effective process controls.\nSupport production by resolving technical issues and implementing improvements to equipment and manufacturing processes.\nPromote high standards of quality, technical cleanliness, and 5S practices within the production environment.\nWho You Are\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience in process engineering, process improvement, or manufacturing engineering within an automated production environment.\nHands-on experience with at least one of the following manufacturing technologies: tightening, adhesives, pressing, leak testing, or laser welding.\nProven track record of developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes in a production environment.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, Ishikawa).\nFamiliarity with process validation and equipment qualification activities (e.g., RFQ, FAT, SAT).\nExperience creating technical documentation, such as process specifications, functional designs, and test documentation.\nKnowledge of CAD 2D/3D software.\nExperience from industries such as automotive, battery manufacturing, semiconductors, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.\nWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds - your unique experience and perspectives is valuable to us.\nThis Is Us\nElectrification is essential to decarbonizing the world, and it needs to happen faster and at scale.
