Together, we are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future.\nRole Summary\nWe are looking for a Process Manager Data Management & People Analytic s to strengthen how People data and analytics support business decisions within our assigned Business Areas and the Finance and P&C Communities.\nIn this business-oriented role, you will connect business needs with global P&C processes, data governance and analytics capabilities. Working from a dual perspective, you will support the adoption of global standards within our Business Areas while contributing to the priorities of the Finance and P&C Communities. As part of the Cross Area Team, you will also contribute to broader initiatives where your expertise adds value, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.\nJob Responsibilities\nYour main responsibilities will include:\nConnect business needs with data and People analytics: Identify opportunities where People Analytics can improve decision-making and translate business needs into data, reporting and analytics requirements. \nStrengthen data quality and governance: Support the adoption of global P&C processes, data standards and definitions. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality, clarify ownership and resolve issues through established governance channels. \nEnable self-service and data-driven ways of working: Guide and train stakeholders in using trusted People data, analytics tools and insights in everyday decisions. \nDrive collaboration, change and adoption: Work across business functions, P&C and specialist teams to facilitate discussions, build alignment and support sustainable behavioural change. \nSupport AI-related transformation: Help turn AI capabilities into practical business value, supporting adoption and contributing to the team's AI upskilling journey. \nEnable actionable insights: Support the development and use of People Analytics, reports and dashboards to help stakeholders understand trends and make informed decisions.\nWho You Are\nWe believe you are an experienced P&C professional with a background in similar business-facing roles or P&C Business Partnering, combining broad P&C understanding with Data Management & People Analytics capabilities.\nYou enjoy working close to the business, navigating organisational complexity and turning People data into meaningful insights and business value. You build strong stakeholder relationships and thrive in a changing environment where priorities evolve.\nWe believe you also bring:\nProven experience with HR data, People Analytics, data governance, reporting, business intelligence or HR process management. \nGood understanding of data management principles, including governance, stewardship, data quality, ownership and accessibility. \nAbility to identify analytics opportunities, translate business needs into actionable insights, and perform basic analysis, reporting and visualisation. \nStrong communication and facilitation skills, with experience supporting change and adoption. \nFluency in written and spoken English. \nA bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management, Analytics, Information Systems or a related field. \nExperience with self-service analytics, digital transformation or AI-related change would be an advantage.\nThis Is Us\nYou will join a collaborative team within P&C Enabling Functions, working across organisational boundaries and close to the business.\nOur team works close to the business, connecting business needs with P&C expertise and turning strategic priorities into practical results.
