You will transform user needs, operational insights, and business objectives into measurable improvements and clear development priorities. Working closely with stakeholders across Digital Workplace, IT service management, and support delivery, you will drive a support experience that is scalable, efficient, and user-focused.\nJob Responsibilities\nDefine and drive the product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for the IT Service Desk.\nUse user feedback, operational data, and service performance measures to identify opportunities and deliver continuous improvements.\nEnhance the end-to-end support experience, including intake, triage, escalation, and collaboration with resolving teams.\nBalance user experience, service reliability, efficiency, cost, and risk when making product decisions and prioritization trade-offs.\nExplore and implement opportunities for self-service, automation, knowledge management, and AI-enabled support capabilities.\nWho You Are\nYou have experience in product ownership, service development, or a similar role where you have successfully prioritized improvements and delivered results through collaboration.\nYou understand first-line IT support processes, incident management, escalation practices, and service-level-driven delivery in a global environment.\nYou are confident using data and stakeholder insights to make informed decisions and manage dependencies.\nYou communicate clearly, build strong stakeholder relationships, and work effectively across teams.\nYou are curious about innovation and motivated to improve support experiences through automation, self-service, and responsible use of AI.\nThis Is Us\nDigital Workplace within Scania IT is responsible for enabling modern and reliable digital services that help employees perform their daily work efficiently.
