Warehouse\nTake hunt group calls.\nWork with transit carriers on freight credits and ship damage claims.\nWorks closely with warehouse personnel to resolve shipping discrepancies.\nOther duties as assigned (ISO support, other operational assignments, etc…)\nRegular attendance is an essential function of the Customer Service Representative position\nHours for this particular position will be from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm\nReporting Relationships:\nReceives general supervision from the Manager of Customer Service\nDirect contact with customers, internal departments, the Manager of Customer Service, as well as close interaction with other customer service representatives.\nRequirements:\nAbove average computer skills\nAble to function as part of a team in a multi-task environment\nStrong organizational and follow up skills\n High School diploma. \nPreferred:\nSome college course work\nProficiency in foreign language (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German)\nSAP Experience\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to sit a computer terminal for long periods of time\nAbility to be physically in attendance at workstation during normal business hours designated for the position.\nAbility to travel 0% to 10% of the time.\nIncludes long period of time on telephone and at a computer terminal.\nAbility to lift 20 to 30 lbs.\nCompensation:\nCompensation Range: $35,000 - $40,000\nActual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
