As a senior position, being heavily involved in pushing design capabilities and improving user experience while mentoring and coaching less experienced team members is expected.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild web applications as part of a team\nProvide guidance and mentorship for other developers\nLead the implementation of internal- and customer-facing front-end interfaces\nParticipate in design meetings and prototype solutions\nDevelop a strategy and catalog of modular user interface components\nAdvise architectural and system design decisions\nEffectively communicate technical and practical design considerations or limitation throughout the design process\nImplement unit tests and improve code coverage as needed\nOther duties as assigned\nSkills And Qualifications:\nRequired\n6+ years of production-ready software development experience\n4+ years of production experience shipping applications with modern front-end frameworks. React preferred, but others like Angular, Vue, etc.\nAbility to innovate and creatively implement solutions to uncommon challenges\nA keen eye for design, including experience implementing attractive user interfaces\nHighly proficient with version control via git\nPreferred\nProduction experience with Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure\nExperience with or knowledge of server-side rendered front-end applications\nFamiliarity with PHP and MySQL\nKnowledge of accessible UX best practices\nCompensation:\nCompensation Range: $110,000-$120,000\nActual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
