Document progress and ensure associates are cross-trained to provide adequate coverage in key processes.\nAssist with evaluating employee performance, handling disciplinary issues, and maintaining an environment of respect and accountability to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.\nTrack and maintain productivity standards, assessing staff, supplies, and equipment needs.\nMaintain a “Tour Ready” clean and safe work area and secure building/operations at the end of the shift.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nPerformance Expectations:\nPerformance expectations will be met when the above duties are performed with minimal or zero errors and minimal complaints from internal and external customers.\nReporting Relationships:\nReports to the Outbound Operations Supervisor.\nInteracts with internal management staff, coworkers, customers, corporate office, sales teams, vendors, etc.\nCredentials:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years related experience is required. Bachelors’ degree in related field and previous leadership training/development is a plus. \nPhysical Requirements: (In compliance with ADA)\nAbility to understand basic English.\nAbility to stand, stoop, lift, walk, and perform manual dexterity.\nAbility to be physically in attendance at workstation at designated company office location during normal business hours designated for the position.\nAbility to lift up to 70 pounds as needed.\nAbility to travel less than 20%.\nAbility to operate related equipment.\nSkills, Behaviors and Attributes:\nThe ideal candidate must be proficient with MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel) and operational systems/software (i.e., SCALE, SAP, etc.). They should be able to multitask and possess excellent communication, supervisory, and customer service skills. The candidate must be able to identify problems and resolve them in a timely manner, possess a sense of urgency, and prioritize tasks and resources appropriately.
