They work with the SAP Manager and Business Process Owners to help ensure systems meet business requirements and support operational objectives.\nEssential Job duties:\nDevelop an understanding of the current (\"as-is\") business processes and supporting systems.\nMaintain proficiency in the configuration, processing, and support of assigned SAP functional modules.\nAssist in gathering and documenting business requirements and mapping them to SAP functionality.\nParticipate in system design discussions and configuration planning meetings.\nHelp identify opportunities for business process improvements and system enhancements.\nSupport adoption of new processes and functionality through training and user support.\nAssist users in adapting processes and procedures to align with system capabilities.\nResearch, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues with guidance from senior team members when needed.\nProvide status updates on assigned tasks and projects.\nSupport project deliverables and coordinate activities with team members and business partners.\nParticipate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate business requirements.\nSupport ongoing enhancements and modifications to systems from a business perspective.\nCommunicate effectively with users and stakeholders regarding system functionality, processes, and changes.\nDevelop and maintain expertise in assigned SAP business processes and applications.\nCreate and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.\nRequirements:\nSAP Project Team members must exhibit the following behaviors:\nSAP configuration, support, or business systems experience, 1-3 years.\nPassion and drive for learning and continuous improvement.\nStrong technical aptitude and analytical skills.\nGeneral understanding of business processes; preferred 1+ years of ScanSource experience.\nTeam player who collaborates effectively and treats others with respect.\nProfessionalism and strong interpersonal skills.\nGood organizational and prioritization skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nOpen-minded and adaptable to change.\nStrong problem-solving abilities.\nSelf-motivated and accountable.\nReliable and committed to delivering quality results.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.\nReporting Relationships:\nSAP Business Analyst Level II reports to the SAP Manager.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods of time.\nAbility to travel up to 10-20% of the time (may include international travel).\nAbility to lift up to 15 pounds.\nCompensation:\nCompensation Range: $80,000-$95,000\nActual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
