This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating across cross-functional Agile teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET C# and modern web frameworks (e.g., Blazor).\nBuild, maintain and integrate cloud-native applications leveraging Microsoft Azure services.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nWrite efficient, best practice driven, maintainable code.\nPerform estimates, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.\nUtilize Git for source control.\nPerform documentation in Confluence.\nDevelop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.\nEnsure application security, scalability, and reliability.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).\n8+ years of full stack development experience.\nStrong expertise in .NET and C#.\nExperience with front-end development frameworks (Blazor preferred).\nHands-on experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, APIs).\nExperience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, or AI-assisted development tools.\nExperience with Cursor IDE or similar AI coding tools.\nExperience with Python development.\nExperience with enterprise service and project platforms such as Jira and ServiceNow.\nExposure to enterprise ERP systems and integrations such as SAP and Salesforce.\nTools & Technologies:\nLanguages: C#, SQL, JavaScript, Python\nFrameworks: .NET, Blazor, ASP.NET Web APIs\nCloud: Microsoft Azure\nDevelopment: Visual Studio, Git, Cursor\nAgile/Service Tools: Jira, ServiceNow\nAI Tools: Cursor, Co-Pilot, Microsoft Foundry\nSoft Skills:\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\nAbility to work independently and within a team\nAbility to work and coordinate and communicate clearly with product owners and PMO.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality\nWork Environment:\nThis role operates in an Agile development environment with cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams. The Position will be based in our Greenville, SC HQ.\nCompensation:\nCompensation Range: $98,000 - $125,000\nActual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
