We are present on four continents and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.\nMain purpose of position\nCurrently we are looking for a Construction Quality Superviser,Buciumi, Bacau , to join our global team. You will Provide core quality management services that will be used to support the development and project work streams in all their relevant activities. The core support services will include the management of Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Management of quality documents, Maintain and report on Non-conformance register on site and advise Site Manager and Project Manager on quality issues on site as well as taking part in internal audits of the project.\nProject location - Buciumi, Bacau\nMain responsibilities\nSupport the site quality manager and ensure that quality goals are achieved\n\nImplement and monitor site quality management system in their discipline\n\nHighlight field issues that directly impact quality of the plant\n\nMaintain and update inspection register, red-line and calibration register\n\nImplement NCR process in site and maintain NCR register\n\nReview quality documentation to ensure proper implementation of the quality management system.\n\nPerform inspections and follow-up on punch items\n\nReview and follow up on contractor’s quality management system implementation\n\nSign off on contractor’s quality inspection reports\n\nCompile quality data packages for TTO\n\nConstruction planning;\n\nMonitoring construction progress\n\nReviewing Work Method Statements (WMS)\n\nCoordinating inspections\n\nVerifying quantities executed\n\nCoordinating with Construction, Engineering, HSSE, Supply Chain, and Contractors\n\nPreparing construction quality reports.\n\nQualifications and competencies\nUniversity degree in Civil/Mechanical/electrical Engineering \nCertification in Quality Control is advantage \n3-5 years’ experience working on medium to large size preferably in PV construction projects, HV Substations or Transmission Lines \nExperience with the implementation of quality management systems in construction \nLeading teams efficiently in fast-faced environments \nKnowledge in ISO 9001:2008 \nKnowledge of MS Office \nFluent both written and spoken in English\nDriver license \nAdditional information: 12 month contract, driver license\nPersonal characteristics\nIt is part of every employee’s term of reference to contribute to Scatec's vision: Improving our Future and adhering to our company values which are:\nPredictable: demonstrate clear communication and listening skills, share information in an open and honest way\nDriving results: demonstrate determination, pro-activeness, can prioritize and work independently\nChangemaker: demonstrate entrepreneurship, can challenge, fast learner, take initiates and adjust\nWorking together: demonstrate teamwork, shares responsibilities, can compromise, has a can-do attitude\nWe offer\nScatec is an exciting, innovative and ambitious company operating in a growing industry.
