If you are looking for a role where your contribution is visible, your development matters, and your work supports a more sustainable future, Scatec may be the right place for you.\nReady to make an impact?\nWhy this role matters\nAs an Electrical PV Construction Supervisor, you will play an important role in supervising all PV electrical activities on site, monitoring the physical progress of the works, and reporting status and deviations related to quality, time, cost, and HSSE. You will engage daily with subcontractors' site management teams and perform the same role for the HV electrical scope when required.\nDuring Mechanical Completion and Commissioning, you will be responsible for coordinating activities across disciplines and managing interfaces with contractors and key equipment suppliers involved in the project execution process.\nThis is a role for someone who wants to combine technical expertise, site leadership, and hands-on problem-solving with purpose, learn in a fast-moving international business, and build experience in one of the world's most relevant industries.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nIn this role, you will:\n Supervise all PV electrical and communication (SCADA) activities on site, monitoring progress and reporting deviations related to quality, schedule, cost, and HSSE. Oversee the installation of cables, inverters, MV transformers, communication systems, lighting, CCTV, earthing systems, connection boxes, and commissioning activities. Support HV electrical works when required.\nCoordinate Mechanical Completion and Commissioning activities, ensuring effective collaboration between different disciplines, contractors, and key equipment suppliers to achieve safe and timely project delivery.\nReview and approve construction documentation submitted by contractors, including Method Statements and work procedures, coordinating with Engineering and Quality teams to validate technical requirements, material specifications, and component datasheets.\nLead Pre-Construction Meetings with subcontractors for electrical, communication, and commissioning activities, ensuring all technical, quality, safety, and execution requirements are aligned before work begins.\nMonitor contractors’ daily progress and performance, working closely with the Planning team to evaluate completion forecasts, identify risks, implement recovery measures when necessary, and support quantity surveillance and milestone verification.\nManage technical queries and construction interfaces with suppliers, the Lead Engineer, and the Electrical Engineer, ensuring all works are executed according to the latest approved drawings, specifications, manuals, and red-marked documentation.\nCoordinate quality and inspection activities with SSO and Quality Inspectors, supporting audits, witness and hold points, NCR management, corrective action follow-up, and compliance with project quality requirements.\nSupport technical assessments and project close-out activities, including investigations, due diligence reviews, final inspections, punch list completion, and the preparation and handover of as-built drawings and final project documentation.\nYour work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes.\nWhat you’ll gain\nProfessional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one\nHands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, meaningful, and built on learning through doing.\nDirect experience leading and coordinating mechanical construction activities on large-scale renewable energy projects, working closely with contractors, engineers, and site stakeholders. \nExposure to HV/MV equipment installation, tracker and mounting structure systems, quality control processes, and project commissioning activities within a global energy environment.\nWhat you’ll bring\nExperience and qualifications\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related technical qualification. \nMinimum 5 years of experience in EPC environments and medium to large-scale construction projects. \nSolid knowledge of mechanical construction practices, industry standards, and site execution activities. \nUnderstanding of Quality Control Systems and problem-solving methodologies, including Root Cause Analysis, Pareto Analysis, and Ishikawa. \nExperience in solar PV and/or High Voltage projects is highly desirable. \nValid driver's license, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in the local language and English.\nWhat it’s like to work at Scatec\nAt Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
