We are present on four continents and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.\nMain purpose of the position Leads document control delivery for one or more projects, ensuring consistent application of procedures and continuous document availability. Manages main office and site document control resources based on project needs.\nMain responsibilities\nLead and coordinate document control activities for assigned project(s)\nCoordinate project EDMS setup, daily operation, and project hand-over\nManage internal documentation (contracts, MDL, Gate Review documentation)\nUpdate Gate Review document control inputs and attend GR meetings\nEnsure adherence to document control procedures and standards\nMaintain oversight of EDMS, numbering, revision control, and metadata\nManage and audit document review, approval, and distribution workflows\nAct as primary project interface for clients, contractors, and vendors on document control\nPerform quality checks and resolve document control issues\nEnsure uninterrupted document control coverage (leave, site connectivity issues, resourcing gaps)\nMentor and guide Document Controllers and Site Document Controllers\nReport document control status, risks, and performance results to project and management teams\nCoordinate and compile TTO documentation handover to SPV and O&M\nReports to Project Information and Document Manager\nQualifications and competencies\nUniversity Degree \n5+ years Document Control experience, preferably on EPC/Construction projects\nProven experience working with, the life cycle of all documents on a project from start to finish and architectural structure of the EDMS flow process\nBasic understanding of ISO9001 requirements\nFluent both written and spoken in English\nAbility to do training on document management system, processes and procedure with all stakeholders\nDemonstrate understanding in document mapping between Procedures and Project needs\nPersonal characteristics\nIt is part of every employee’s terms of reference to contribute to Scatec's vision: Improving our Future and adhere to our company values which are:\nPredictable: demonstrate clear communication and listening skills, shares information in an open and honest way\nDriving results: demonstrate determination, pro-activeness, can prioritize and work independently\nChangemaker: demonstrate entrepreneurship, can challenge, fast learner, take initiates and adjust\nWorking together: demonstrate teamwork, shares responsibilities, can compromise, has a can-do attitude\nWe offer Scatec is an exciting, innovative, and ambitious company operating in a growing industry.
