By coordinating shipments, customs clearance, regulatory approvals, transportation, and logistics documentation, this role helps ensure materials and equipment arrive safely, compliantly, and on schedule, enabling uninterrupted project execution and effective cost control.\nWhat you'll be doing\nIn this role, you will:\nCoordinate international shipments, vessel bookings, transportation activities, and delivery schedules with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.\nManage import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and readiness for customs clearance and audits.\nHandle ACID registration processes through NAFEZA and coordinate Cargo-X documentation requirements with international suppliers.\nCoordinate customs clearance activities and regulatory approvals with customs brokers and relevant governmental authorities.\nMonitor shipment progress from origin to final destination, proactively resolving logistics, transportation, and documentation issues.\nReview logistics service provider invoices and support cost tracking, payment processing, and logistics budget control activities.\nPrepare logistics reports, shipment status updates, KPI dashboards, and performance tracking reports for management.\nSupport logistics planning for project cargo, oversized shipments, and renewable energy equipment while ensuring compliance with project timelines and regulations.\nYour work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes.\nWhat you'll gain\nProfessional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one.\nHands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, meaningful, and built on learning through doing.\nExposure to international logistics operations, customs processes, and renewable energy supply chains.\nOpportunity to work with global suppliers, regulatory authorities, logistics partners, and cross-functional project teams.\nWhat you'll bring\nExperience and qualifications\n2 to 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, supply chain operations, or import/export coordination.\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience managing shipping documentation, customs clearance processes, and international transportation activities.\nFamiliarity with NAFEZA, ACID registration requirements, Cargo-X, and Egyptian import regulations is highly desirable.\nStrong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nFluent in English, spoken and written.What it’s like to work at Scatec\nAt Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
