By maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating material deliveries and issuance, and supporting logistics operations across the project site, this role helps ensure uninterrupted construction activities, compliance with project requirements, and effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.\nWhat you'll be doing\nIn this role, you will:\nCoordinate the receipt, inspection, and documentation of materials, equipment, and containers arriving at the project site.\nPrepare and maintain Material Receipt Notes (MRNs), Material Issue Notes (MINs), and all supporting logistics documentation.\nMaintain accurate inventory records, material tracking logs, and stock reconciliation activities across the project site.\nMonitor material issuance, consumption, transfers, returns, and storage locations to ensure visibility and accountability.\nCoordinate deliveries and transportation activities with suppliers, contractors, warehouses, and project stakeholders.\nSupport construction teams by providing material status updates, inventory reports, and shortage or surplus alerts.\nPrepare logistics, inventory, transportation, and material control reports for project management and supply chain teams.\nEnsure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, documentation requirements, and HSE regulations across all logistics activities.\nYour work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes.\nWhat you'll gain\nProfessional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one.\nHands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, meaningful, and built on learning through doing.\nExposure to large-scale renewable energy construction projects and international supply chain operations.\nOpportunity to work closely with project, construction, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams across multiple functions.\nWhat you'll bring\n2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, material management, or site coordination.\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience managing material receipt, issuance, inventory tracking, and stock reconciliation processes on construction or industrial projects.\nStrong knowledge of logistics documentation, delivery records, transportation coordination, and inventory control systems.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience using ERP or inventory management systems.\nFluent in English, spoken and written.\nWhat it’s like to work at Scatec\nAt Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
