We are present on four continents and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.Main purpose of position Currently we are looking for Procurement and Logistics Coordinator , in Bucharest Romania to be part of our global team working together towards our vision - Improving our future.\nTo provide a coordination service to the Project Management Team with regards to Procurement and Logistics through sharing information and ensuring that projects are executed on time and successfully.\nMain Responsibilities\nOperating System\nFollow the guidelines and prescribed structures as outlined by the operating system \nProvide continuous input towards improvement and optimization of the operating system \nSuccessfully implement the operating system throughout the structuring and execution phase of the Project \nWhen supporting the Solutions business unit:\nStructuring Phase of projects\nHighlight logistic risks identified during the structuring phase and timeously communicate to Line Manager \nFacilitate visits to potential ports and obtain road risk assessment to site \nPrepare project documentation for execution including shipping registers, delivery plans and others \nAssist with a low risk cost effective delivery plan and submit proposal to the line manager \nPrepare the logistic RFP before submitting to Line Manager for approval to issue \nIssue and follow up on logistics RFP responses \nAssist with the bid evaluation and recommendation process \nDelivery/execution phase\nPrepare contracts for relevant service/material suppliers \nEnsure that signed contract is returned, shared on document management system \nCreate and maintain logistic schedules \nManage all Customs related documents \nEnsure that the milestone project documentation is obtained, shared on the operating system and communicated to Project Team \nMaintain the logistics execution plan per project \nReceive invoices and check against contracts/purchase orders and delivery notes from site and recommend for payment or reject with reasons \nObtain updated delivery advise from Suppliers and align on deliveries with Project Team \nAssist in closing out contracts at end of project \nEnsure that handover of spare parts list and material to Operation & Maintenance team is done \nProvide warranty register and handover to Operation & Maintenance team \nCompile lessons learned report and submit to the line manager \nWhen supporting Operations and Maintenance/Asset Management business unit:\nProcurement Compliance\nDraft procurement policy and procedure for the respective countries \nAssist in training and follow up of relevant O&M personnel for the implementation of the procurement policy and procedure \nAssist in the audit of the implementation of procurement policy and procedure \nCoordinate the implementation of local content and economic development commitments under procurement \nOrganise day-to-day electronic filing in the document management system \nStrategic procurement\nPrepare all purchase orders for procurement of assets including spare parts \nAssist with the contracting of service agreements and supply accounts \nAdminister warranty claims on behalf of EPC \nPrepare report on monthly basis to project company board \nArrange logistics to support delivery of assets to site\nQualifications And Competencies\nDiploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience\n3+ years experience in a similar role \n2+ years experience in Procurement Operating System \nPersonal characteristics It is part of every employee’s term of reference to contribute to Scatec's vision: Improving our Future and adhering to our company values which are:- Predictable: demonstrate clear communication and listening skills, share information in an open and honest way- Driving results: demonstrate determination, pro-activeness, can prioritize and work independently- Changemaker: demonstrate entrepreneurship, can challenge, fast learner, take initiates and adjust- Working together: demonstrate teamwork, shares responsibilities, can compromise, has a can-do attitude We offer Scatec is an exciting, innovative, and ambitious company operating in a growing industry.
