You will work closely with Project Management, Supply Chain, and Operations & Maintenance teams to ensure materials, equipment, and services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on time.\nThis role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, from project structuring and supplier engagement to logistics execution and operational support. Your contribution will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with business objectives.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nIn this role, you will take ownership of procurement and logistics coordination activities, including:\nCoordinate procurement and logistics activities to support project execution and operational requirements\n\nPrepare and manage logistics documentation, delivery plans, shipping registers, and project schedules\n\nSupport supplier sourcing activities, logistics tenders (RFPs), bid evaluations, and contract administration\n\nManage customs documentation, delivery tracking, and communication with suppliers, contractors, and project teams\n\nMonitor logistics execution plans and ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials to project sites\n\nReview invoices, delivery documentation, and purchase orders to support accurate processing and contract compliance\n\nSupport procurement compliance initiatives, supplier agreements, warranty administration, and reporting activities\n\nMaintain accurate records, project documentation, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement\n\nYour work will help ensure critical project materials and services are delivered efficiently, enabling successful project execution and operational performance.\nWhat you’ll gain\nProfessional growth through hands-on involvement in renewable energy project delivery\n\nExposure to procurement, logistics, contract administration, and supply chain management in an international business environment\n\nExperience working with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Engineering, Finance, and Operations\n\nOpportunity to develop expertise in project logistics, customs processes, and supplier management\n\nA broad understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle from development through operations\n\nMeaningful responsibility from day one in a growing and purpose-driven industry\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nExperience and qualifications\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain coordination, or a similar role\n\nExperience working with procurement systems, supply chain processes, or procurement operating systems\n\nKnowledge of logistics planning, contract administration, supplier coordination, and procurement processes\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously\n\nFluent in English, both written and spoken\n\nWhat it’s like to work at Scatec\nAt Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
