Including contracts administration of the various supply, services and construction contracts and where necessary offer input into the relevant Head EPC Contract administration.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nIn this role, you will:\nSuccessfully implement the operating system throughout the structuring and execution phase of the Project \nManage all assigned Procurement and Logistics team members within the designated project \nResponsible for all project RFP’s, evaluations, recommendations, and final procurement strategy \nSupport negotiations with Suppliers and Contractors and prepare final draft contracts in coordination with the legal team \nEstablish and maintain the project shipping register once contracts are in place and before shipments commence \nIdentify project site roles and recruit the required resources in line with the execution requirements of the project \nPrepare and implement contract variations to Suppliers timeously and ensure receipt of variations is acknowledged/agreed upon \nImplement procurement policy and procedure for the respective countries \nManage the training and follow up of relevant O&M personnel for the implementation of the procurement policy and procedure \nResponsible for procurement of assets including spare parts \nRequest proposals, evaluate, negotiate, conclude, and contract service agreements and supply accounts \nManage the warranty claims on behalf of EPC \nManage logistics to support delivery of assets to site \nYour work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes.\nWhat you’ll gain\nProfessional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one\nHands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energizing, fast-moving, meaningful, and built on learning through doing.\nOpportunity to shape Scatec Philippines’ technical operations\nOpportunity to learn from various Scatec operations across the globe\nWhat you’ll bring\nA degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. \nSignificant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications. \n5-10 years of experience in procurement, logistics, contract management or supply chain functions within industrial, infrastructure, power or renewable energy projects including 2+ years’ experience in a managerial position \n3-5 years of experience working in the Philippines or managing procurement and logistics activities within the Philippines. \nGood understanding of enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 \nKnowledge and experience in utility-scale renewable energy, BESS, solar, HV transmission/substation, EPC or large industrial projects, and related contracts \nWhat it’s like to work at Scatec\nAt Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
