This is a highly visible, challenging, hands-on, dynamic and wide-ranging role covering activities such as business partnering with non-finance teams to add value to the construction segment, driving strategy and profitability across the different projects.\nThe position is a key resource in the Finance and project team and will report to the Business Controlling Manager.\nWhat you'll be doing\nCollaborate with PM (Project Managers), procurement, and engineering to develop and maintain the project cost forecast on an ongoing basis\nWork closely with the PMs to generate all required project status reports for the project team and internal management\nMaintains project cash flows monitoring both the forecasted cash flows and actual cash flows of the project. Follow up Milestone payments and ensure timely transfers of funds\nPerform delta analysis of actual projects costs vs budget on an ongoing basis bringing to the PMs attention any deviations and or variations to the budget\nManage the risks and opportunities portfolio for the project together with the PMs and maintain the risk register\nEvaluate the financial impact on the project margin of changes and variations in Scope of Work\nPerforming financial analysis and reporting on all key figures of the projects in scope (revenue, cost of sale and gross margin)\nYour work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes.\nWhat you’ll gain\nProfessional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one\nHands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, meaningful, and built on learning through doing.\nWhat you'll bring\nExperience and qualifications\nUniversity degree in Finance, Business or equivalent\nUniversity degree in finance, Business or equivalent\n3-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably from an international environment\n3+ Years experience; Finance Renewable Energy and Large Infrastructure Projects\nAbility to consolidate data from several sources for presentation, being able to efficiently process and evaluate large data volumes and propose actions based on findings\nAbility to build strong networks and collaborate efficiently with functions outside of finance.
