If you are energized by purpose, ownership and a vibrant team spirit, this role is for you.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nLead end-to -end recruitment process: ensure job advertising, screening, interviewing, and personality assessment in line with our recruitment procedures and policies; \nAct as a Strategic partner to hiring managers: advice, coach, and support them in making the best hiring decisions \nDrive candidates engagement through creative sourcing strategies and an exceptional recruitment experience \nEnsure data quality in various recruitment systems; ensure compliance and alignment with global HR recruitment policies and processes, suggest improvements; \nProvide analysis, reports, and structure recruitment data to be presented to senior management \nProvide guidelines to hiring managers on compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with global reward policies and local market benchmarks throughout the recruitment process \nWhat you’ll gain\nProfessional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one \nHands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, meaningful, and built on learning through doing. \nWhat you’ll bring\nDiploma/Degree in Human Resources \n5+ years of experience in recruitment in international companies, recruitment agencies \nFluent English \nExcellent interviewing skills \nExpert understanding of ATS systems, recruitment portals and recruitments tests \nSolid experience with LinkedIn Recruiter \nExcellent interpersonal communication skills \nAbility to problem solve and trouble shoot \nSound knowledge of MSOffice \nAdditional information: 12 months contracts with possible extension\nWhat it’s like to work at Scatec\nAt Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
