Your work will help drive efficient project delivery, identify potential risks early, and support timely decision-making across large-scale renewable energy construction projects.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport the preparation and maintenance of the Overall Master Project Programme, including Work Breakdown Structures and project baselines.\nReview contractors’ planning packages, including schedules, manpower and equipment histograms, S-curves, and planning assumptions.\nCoordinate planning activities across contractors to ensure alignment with project objectives and Scatec planning standards.\nMonitor daily site activities, track progress against the schedule, and identify deviations and risks.\nPrepare and maintain construction reports, KPI dashboards, and planning performance metrics.\nAnalyse gaps between planned and actual progress and recommend corrective actions.\nCommunicate upcoming activities and issue look-ahead schedules to support construction readiness.\nProvide timely and accurate project progress reporting to stakeholders.\nYour work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes.\nWhat you’ll gain\nProfessional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one.\nHands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, meaningful, and built on learning through doing.\nExposure to large-scale renewable energy EPC projects and international best practices in project controls.\nOpportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and project management functions.\nWhat you’ll bring\nExperience and qualifications\nDegree or formal technical qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within an EPC environment.\nStrong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience with large-scale infrastructure, civil construction, or renewable energy projects.\nUnderstanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and contract milestones.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nWhat it’s like to work at Scatec\nAt Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
